Retour en terugbetalingsbeleid

 

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.

Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. Je ontvangt het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug, mits het product ongeopend, ongebruikt en in originele staat wordt geretourneerd.

Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.

Indien het product beschadigd is of ongebruikt geretourneerd wordt, kunnen wij een waardevermindering in rekening brengen.

Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs, provided that the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If the product is damaged or not returned in unused condition, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value.
